- 3D printed products (PLA, PETG, resin, or other materials)
- Hand-finished or cast objects
- Accessories and experimental design pieces
- Prints and Paper Items

3.2 Important Notes
- Many items are handmade or semi-handmade, and minor imperfections, layer lines, texture variations, or finishing marks are part of the product’s character and not considered defects.
- 3D printed items may have visible layer lines, slight dimensional tolerances, or minor surface inconsistencies due to the nature of additive manufacturing.
- Products are primarily intended for decorative, artistic, or light functional use, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
- Some items may not be suitable for children, high temperatures, outdoor exposure, or heavy mechanical use.
By purchasing, you acknowledge that you understand the nature of these materials and processes.
3.3 Manufacturing Method
All DumDum® figures and accessories are produced using 3D printing technology. This process builds objects layer by layer using thermoplastic materials.
As a result:
Visible layer lines are normal
Minor surface variations may occur
Each product may show small differences from others
These characteristics are inherent to the manufacturing process and are not considered defects.
3.4 Materials Used
DumDum® products are typically made using the following materials:
PLA (Polylactic Acid):
Used for outer shells and visible parts. Chosen for its rigidity, color quality, and print clarity.
PETG (Polyethylene Terephthalate Glycol):
Used for internal structures and joints. Selected for durability and flexibility.
Material color availability may vary by product and batch.
3.5 Print Products (Art Prints & Paper Goods)
DumDum® print products include graphic artworks, illustrations, and visual compositions produced on paper or similar flat media.
These products are designed as artistic and decorative pieces, and are not intended for heavy functional use.
3.5.1 Product Characteristics
- Colors may appear slightly different from what is displayed on screens due to variations in device settings, lighting conditions, and printing processes
- Minor variations in print alignment, edges, or finishing may occur and are not considered defects
- Paper texture, thickness, and finish may vary depending on the production batch or availability
3.5.2 Usage & Handling
- Prints should be handled with care and kept away from moisture, direct sunlight, and excessive heat
- Unless stated otherwise, prints are delivered unframed
- Any damage resulting from improper handling, storage, or framing is not the responsibility of DumDum®
3.5.3 Expectations
By purchasing print products, you acknowledge that:
- The artwork is a physical interpretation of a digital design
- Slight differences in color and finish are normal
- The product is intended primarily for aesthetic and decorative purposes
4. Assembly & Usage
4.1 Assembled and DIY Versions
DumDum® products may be offered in two formats:
Fully or Semi Assembled
Disassembled (DIY)
Both formats result in the same final figure. The difference lies only in whether the customer participates in the assembly process.
DIY versions require:
Careful handling
Attention to orientation and fit
Following the provided assembly manual
Incorrect assembly may result in damage or incomplete assembly.
5. Safety & Age Guidance
DumDum® products are not recommended for children under 10 years old.
Reasons include:
Small parts that may present choking hazards
Assembly steps requiring fine motor skills
Fragile components if mishandled
Adult supervision is advised for younger users. DumDum® is not intended as a traditional children’s toy.
6. Accessories & Compatibility
Accessories such as stands, extra hands, weapons, and torso variants are designed to be compatible with DumDum® figures.
Important notes:
Standard DumDum® and Mega DumDum® require different accessory sizes
Using incorrect sizes may result in instability or damage
Display stands attach via a dedicated adapter included with DumDum® figures
Always ensure the correct accessory size is selected.
7. Replacement & Support Policy
Due to the nature of 3D printing:
Fragile parts may break during assembly
Manufacturing defects may occasionally occur
If a product arrives defective or a part breaks due to manufacturing issues, customers are encouraged to contact support. Replacement parts or products may be provided at our discretion.
Damage caused by improper assembly, misuse, or force is not automatically covered.
